THE SHIP LOVERS
Ships are a real passion to some guests. They like to stroke the bannisters, sniff all the flowers and then spend hours admiring the ship’s map. Where there are large pictures of the ship they can be found gazing lovingly at their object of shippy affection. ‘Ship Lovers’ spend an uncanny amount of time studying the Officer and crew photographs, especially when the ship is at sea. They have been on numerous galley tours, taken the back of house tour, where they get to see the ship’s innards and can share pictures of the different refurbishments. They have peered into crew cabins and sit in the front row for the Captain’s question time.
